What one mistake do attorneys most often make defending a case? That's a tough question because when you're defending a case a small mistake can compound into a much larger mistake. I think a common mistake is not knowing the intricacies of the law, not doing the hard work that is required to really analyze your case. And, I would say and probably not working hard enough.
What's the best piece of advice I've ever received? Well, I've been given a lot of advice in my life. I think probably one of the best pieces of advice is to treat people like you wanted to be treated and to value the benefit of hard work.
