Attorney Pay Stangl: Do I think the legal limit should be reduced? That's really a question for the Wisconsin State Legislature. A lot of citizens believe that it should be.

I think the 0.08 standard is a pretty uniform standard across the nation now and in Wisconsin, as in many other states the more offenses that you have the lower your concentration becomes.

For example, in Wisconsin for a 4th offense and above your concentration drops to 0.02% grams of ethanol or alcohol in either the 100 milliliters of blood or 210 liters of breath depending on how it's tested.
